What form of payments do you take?
- We will work with you to ensure that you are able to purchase the property with your preferred payment method.
- We can take Down Payments via Paypal, Facebook messenger, all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express), money transfer through Walmart Transfer or Western Union.
- For final cash purchase payment, we typically accept direct ACH wire to our bank account or cashier's check by priority mail
- For purchase on financed terms, we typically setup automatic monthly ACH transfer or credit card
How do I make sure that my transaction is secure?
- We use secure merchant accounts and platforms to ensure that your information remains secure. We follow all guidelines required by Federal and State Bank Regulators and Fraud Investigators to ensure we properly obtain and file your payment authorization.
What if I'm not satisfied with my land purchase?

Can I start using the land if I am financing the purchase?
- You are more than welcome to use your land for recreational activities as soon as you provide your Down Payment and sign the Purchase Agreement.
- Any construction, building, dwelling, or living on the land is not allowed unless you file for proper permits with the County. You will be able to do so once you have fully paid for the land and we have conveyed title to your name.
What can I and can't I do with the land?
- It is strongly recommended that you share your plans for your property with us so that we can confirm that you indeed are able to carry-out your planned activities.
- We can give you general information made publicly available by the county. We also strongly advise that you contact the respective county's Planning and Zoning department to conduct your own research.
